About the course

Execution of an IT project requires different delivery methodologies and techniques than other types of projects. Project closing and contract completion, performance data collection and tracking, and team and conflict management are all integral to IT project management. You will learn to examine different methodologies to produce and deliver fit-for-use deliverables, create a backlog using Agile and Scrum, and develop a team management plan.
