This 2-day short course is for construction project managers and project engineer professionals seeking an understanding of the Best Practices of the Construction Industry Institute (CII). A CII Best Practice is a process or method that, when executed effectively, leads to enhanced project performance. CII Best Practices have been proven through extensive industry use and/or validation.

Taught through a combination of lectures, case studies, and discussion, you will gain a complete understanding of proven construction project management practices.
CII Best Practices and principles are applied to all phases of the construction project life cycle, including the front end planning and execution phases.
In addition, background on the theory and implementation tools will be covered.
The result of this course is real-world knowledge of proven construction management practices that you can apply immediately in the workplace.
