Description

To truly lead is to touch the core of what connects and inspires us. Intentional Leadership® is a way of seeing, acting, and interacting that engages others to move forward into change and uncertainty and to contribute their talent, perspective, and passion toward a purpose greater than themselves.

A three-day group inquiry guides individuals to access their authentic way of leading, their core values, their leadership purpose, and their ability to facilitate the success of others. This experience reveals one’s natural leadership approach and how it can best serve their organization.

This dialogue is reflective and interactive, and focuses on learning through Socratic inquiry. Participants are encouraged to consider this experience at a time when they are responsible for leading change personally and/or professionally and are fully prepared to challenge their own patterns, assumptions, and perspectives.
