The Master Class in Innovation and Design Thinking, presented in association with the Institute for Futures Research (IFR), focuses on applying problem solving methodology which systemically defines complex problems; as well as on innovation that supports business strategy and implementation across all areas of an organisation. Furthermore, it highlights to participants the importance of customer centric design and collaborative thinking.
