Establishing yourself as a leader requires trust from others in you and your ideas. Influencing and persuading others requires a better understanding of how people really work and why they decide to follow, as well as being relaxed and confident in your executive presence enough that others will have confidence in you too.
This 1-day course will teach you the aspects of leadership presence and how to apply them in your organization. Through experiential exercises, you will learn how people are really influenced in their day-to-day tasks and how you can do this non-coercively, to lead your team.

- Learn the six principles of persuasion and influence, and how to apply them in all you do
- Learn about your strengths and areas of opportunity conveying dominance, mastery, and leadership
- Develop your leadership and executive presence so you are more cool, calm, and collected in any circumstance and can effectively lead others
