Description

Often when things go wrong in business, calls are made for increased accountability. However, many of the measures that employers use to heighten their employees’ sense of accountability have the opposite effect. When it comes to accountability, more isn’t always better. In this session, we will discuss the ideal balance of policies and incentives employers should use in order to strategically and effectively foster their employees’ personal sense of accountability.
