Implementing Change

All organizations, whether public, private, governmental, or non-profit, have stakeholders. During times of change, stakeholders often have diverse interests and concerns that come to the surface. This session focuses on the critical success factors for managing stakeholder interests and demands during the implementation of organizational change.

Fostering Creativity and Innovation

Organizations must innovate to survive. Leaders must create the environment to continuously generate streams of new products and services while improving critical processes. Participants will learn about their powerful influence over organizational innovation including the importance, variety and scope of their roles as leaders.

Who should attend

Master’s Certificate: Leadership for the 21st Century is designed for professionals with leader responsibilities or those who will take on these responsibilities in the near future. The sessions in the program are also highly relevant for seasoned managers and team leaders who have extensive on-the-job experience, but little formal leadership education or training.
