Villanova University’s Human Resource Management course can help you prepare for the SHRM® Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) or SHRM® Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) exam. The course features content based on the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge (SHRM BoCK™), and is designed to help you get ready for SHRM certification exams.

For students preparing to sit for a SHRM® Exam, there are additional prerequisites you need to meet before you are qualified to take the exam (i.e. hours of HR-related experience). These prerequisites can be found on the Society for Human Resource Management® website.
