Complete individual courses of your choice or finish all 10 and receive a university-issued professional certificate.

Learn to develop leading-edge HR programs, acquire skills to enhance personal effectiveness and business outcomes, and augment your professional career growth. Each course focuses on the skills necessary to be successful in the HR role and offers practical approaches for applying these skills in real-world situations.
The format is online, asynchronous, and self-paced. Participants will learn the material independently; there is no student-to-instructor, or student-to-student interaction.
The courses are structured as lecture presentation audio which are approximately 25 minutes each in duration. There are about 5 to 7 audio lectures per course which participants are able to view at their own pace. Optional readings and media specifically curated to each course are also included. There are no assignments or activities, however, each course has one quiz at the end. Participants must score 70% or higher to complete the course within 3 attempts.
