Who should attend
The program aims at professionals and leaders who like to upskill and immerse themselves in the HR Sciences and Best Practices, including HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, HR Specialists and HR Advisors and Consultants. A minimum of 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 3 years in an HR role

This high impact program is 6-month learning journey, which include 12 online modules plus a 3-day (optional) in-person retreat in Segovia/Spain. The online journey blends different formats and assignments including self-paced digital learning, live online workshops, group assignments, virtual learning pods, mentoring, on-the-job assignments, peer exchanges and a personal project.
