About the course

Human Resource Management is a strategic process having to do with the staffing, compensation, retention, training, and employment law and policies side of the business. It has shifted from being an administrative role to strategic by ensure the right people are hired and trained for the right job at the right time. In every profession, the most important resource necessary is human capital. It is essential for managers, and team leaders across all board to have “hands on” people management skills. This will strengthen their workforce to reflect their true business values, culture and growth objectives while filling critical talent needs. The future of work brings with it unprecedented changes such as artificial intelligence, automation of work and fluid workspaces.
