The success of any training program is as much the result of planning and designing as it is the implementation of the program. Participants will learn how to create results-oriented training programs that they are able to apply the first day back on the job.

Sharpen your skills as a trainer by learning creative, cost-effective and actionable ways to conduct training programs more successfully, from introductions to debriefs.
Most adult training programs are modeled after teaching to children. You will learn how to design and develop training programs specifically for adult learners in this one-day program, the first of three in the Train-the-Trainer Certificate Series.
