About the course
In this course we want to help you to better understand how digitalization and new technical solutions will affect your industry in the future, so you can start your journey after this crisis with the best possible tools for success. This course is primarily for you who work, or have worked at small and medium-sized companies, or perhaps you are an entrepreneur in need of a fresh start. You have worked in the hotel, restaurant, event, or tourism industry for at least two years, and preferably have experience in sales, marketing, administration, or customer service. The most important thing is that either you have the will and the voice to influence the direction of your current company, or you are a job seeker who wants to attain such a role in the future.
