Business leaders often deal with change in isolation. In reality, however humanity’s greatest challenges are developing simultaneously and pose new contractions on business and organisations. To respond to these major shifts, you have to understand and approach them holistically. It is only by immersing ourselves in the nature of these challenges, that we can understand them more deeply and discover new connections between them. This is how organizations can develop the most effective solutions to the opportunities and tensions that lie ahead.
Our two-week executive retreat focuses on the challenges facing the next generation of business leaders, and explores the most appropriate and practical solutions. It is an ideal opportunity to take a step back, consider the larger picture, and begin to develop solutions that will be necessary for the decade to come
Successful completion of the Leadership 2030 program will enable you to:

This course will be held in two global capitals across two weeks in July and October 2019
ENVISIONING THE FUTURE
The first week at LSE in London focuses on the challenges, tensions, contradictions and opportunities that business leaders will meet in the future. Key topics such as global threats, automation and the future of work will all be examined.
CREATING A SUSTAINABLE WORLD
The second week at HEC Paris focuses on developing solutions for the business challenges of the future. Business models, internal creativity, addressing financial markets, supply chains and aligning leadership behaviour and vision will be explored.
