Emerging Leaders in Crisis online An immersive leader development accelerator and learning lab for early-to-mid career professionals. Make a leap forward in your ability to lead and your proficiency with the thinking and practices of meta-leadership.
Designed specifically for leaders on the rise, this week-long highly interactive program uses active learning techniques to explore meta-leadership topics critical to reaching one’s potential: character and one’s moral compass; building and motivating high performance teams; making critical decisions; resolving conflict and fostering collaboration; and more. Participants will engage in an innovative “leadership learning lab” to practice the concepts and skills acquired in the program. They also build a valuable network of peers that will last beyond the program. The diverse faculty draw on their decades of front line experience and field research to ensure that all content is pragmatic and compelling. Participants receive an exclusive comprehensive meta-leadership toolkit and other course material.
You should be on a desired career track for a leadership role in crisis preparedness, response, recovery, mitigation, security/intel and business continuity. Participants from federal, state, and local government agencies, private, and non-profit organizations who are charged with managing a team or group and include team leads, directors, mid-level managers, project/program managers, analysts.
