Description

Driving and Executing Strategy

Leaders need to define and implement an effective strategy to provide the key competitive advantage, essential workforce capability, and the roadmap for sustained growth. The vision and direction set by leaders takes shape as strategies are cascaded through the levels of the organization in the form of objectives and initiatives. This session provides the formula for leaders to be successful strategic leaders.

Leading Global Organizations

In a highly interdependent global marketplace and labor force, leaders need to understand the complexities and differences of operating and managing global enterprises. Leading global organizations requires knowledge of multinational strategies and structures, an understanding of cultural differences, and designing and aligning global talent management systems.

Who should attend

Master’s Certificate: Leadership for the 21st Century is designed for professionals with leader responsibilities or those who will take on these responsibilities in the near future. The sessions in the program are also highly relevant for seasoned managers and team leaders who have extensive on-the-job experience, but little formal leadership education or training. If you are in a leadership role, seeking or anticipating a leadership role, or are an individual contributor looking to develop your leadership competencies, then this program is for you!
