Description

This programme is uniquely designed to help companies cross borders in Africa and grow into successful multinationals. It incorporates insights from African multinationals, practitioners and leading academics to provide an in-depth understanding of what it takes to expand a business across Africa.

At the end of the programme, we expect you to have gained sufficient understanding of the following themes:
