Description

Learn how to foster diversity and inclusion to increase innovation and collaboration, as well as improve culture and business results. This program will help you recognize and leverage different types of diversity from cultural beliefs, race/ethnicity, age, gender, education, to geographic location. Learn to understand implicit bias, organizational assessment, strategic communication, authentic leadership, talent recruitment and retention, and emerging global trends for inclusive excellence.
