Description

Never before have we experienced such a diverse, multicultural and multigenerational workforce. Diversity can add significantly to the richness of your team, however, ensuring that diversity is not only represented, but is implemented fully throughout your organization is key to achieving the benefits of a diverse team. It is clear that a diverse team is placed at an advantage when selling a product or service to our increasingly diverse population, however, the leadership skills required to put an inclusive strategy into practice presents a challenge. This program will provide you with a background on how diversity, including cultural and generational differences can affect your organization and the leadership behaviours required to fully support a collaborative, diverse and inclusive workplace.
