Offering you a hands-on, fully experiential approach, you will start by studying diverse strategy frameworks such as platforms, and learn how they require different analytic models and strategies. You will see how the findings you infer have a fundamental impact on your strategy choices.

You will be introduced to the latest analytic tools and practise data visualization exercises which you can quickly apply to your own data. Stress-test your own company’s data strategy in the classroom
The workshop format offers you the chance to bring your own data strategy and put it through the different strategy frameworks, so you can connect deeply to the type of data you need. There will be time allocated to individual and small group discussions in consultation with faculty to identify which strategy and data will enable you to usefully move forward.
