We will use a SIMULATION where you will be a part of a top management team managing a multi-million dollar business. Refining your decision making skills, you have to compete not only with peers in the program, but also with teams across the globe. The decisions that you make will interact with decisions of other teams across the globe. At the end of the simulation, each team will be ranked globally which would give you a fair idea about your comparative decision making skills. This simulation is extensively used by managers of Fortune 500 companies including GE, GM, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Boeing, Citibank, Motorola etc. In India, it is used by companies like HUL, Asian Paints, TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc. Business schools, such as the IIMs, use it extensively as part of their curriculum to teach their students effective decision making skills.
