Design thinking has emerged as a novel methodology for developing really novel products, processes, strategies, and business models. This new way of organizing work leads to extraordinary improvements. Its effectiveness is based on the clear focus on user needs and experiences, and the iterative experimentation to discover new solutions and opportunities.

This program is run in a small classroom setting that gives you frequent one-on-one access to USC Marshall faculty. Using case studies, current business articles, in-class exercises, small group projects, our faculty will lead you to focus on the key knowledge and skills you need to create new market opportunities.
