It builds upon years of programs by Professor Michael Useem and Wharton Leadership Ventures, which have immersed MBA students and executives in rigorous outdoor challenges around the globe. Senior guest speakers also offer their experiences from business, the military, and other areas.
Wharton faculty, led by Jeff Klein, executive director of Wharton’s McNulty Leadership Program, apply their field-based research and the latest strategic insights to help you build and nurture performance-driven teams.
