Description

This two-day program advances the essential tools for managing costs and finances in supply chains. Through our focus on cost management, we introduce specific cost-down techniques and highlight negotiation, supplier development, and contracting approaches for effectively managing supply chain costs. Our financial management discussion centers on tools that facilitate investment decisions and the evaluation of the financial health of supply chains. Key concepts are reinforced with industry examples and hand-on activities.
