Description

Decision-making is one of the key skills of successful contracting professionals. When you are able to develop sound business solutions, you are viewed as a strategic business advisor who provides value to your agency. You will practice critical thinking, problem-solving and research skills, and learn to analyze complex contracting situations while mitigating and reducing risk. You will leave class ready to contribute real solutions on real acquisition problems to senior leadership.
