About the course

Decision-making is one of the key skills of successful contracting professionals. When you are able to develop sound business solutions, you are viewed as a strategic business advisor who provides value to your agency. You will practice critical thinking, problem-solving and research skills, and learn to analyze complex contracting situations while mitigating and reducing risk.
