Description

The Conducting Business in the United States Certificate Program provides undergraduate college students with a unique opportunity gain insights and knowledge about the increasing global business environment. The two-week summer program offers a challenging, relevant, interactive, and rewarding curriculum. In addition to the educational component, the program exposes participants to the business climate in the United States. Participants will also be exposed to the culture of the U.S., and more specifically, Miami.

Program Participants Will:

  • Visit corporate and regional headquarters of leading national and multinational financial institutions and international corporations
  • See South Florida’s dynamic retail centers, among the most active in the world
  • Dive into the entrepreneurial and start-up mindset of Miami, cited as one of the world’s most active cities for start-up activity
  • Gain a first-hand understanding of South Florida’s natural ecosystem and the unique challenges it faces Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion by Florida International University’s College of Business
