Have you ever wondered what the “normal” reactions are to change? This two-day innovative short course explores the fundamentals of managing change and reflects upon what it all means for us. Together, we will explore provocative questions such as; how can we support ourselves, and others, who are struggling through change?
The session will provide ideas, tools and resources to assist you through change, with an emphasis on practical application. This workshop will first equip you with change management know-how, and then challenge you to put your new change know-how to the test using the ExperienceChange simulation tool. From analysis through to planning and implementation, the simulation delivers the essentials of a year-long change journey in a one-day workshop. Immediate feedback on decisions, both good and bad, reinforces learning without putting resources on the line.
