Who should attend
The program is designed for strategic financial leaders nominated by their CFO, CEO or audit chair on the basis of their high performance and need to develop their leadership capabilities as they interact with the Board, external stakeholders and other members of the C-suite.
The program is also appropriate for newly appointed CFOs who wish to accelerate their progress to full command of their role and for potential CFO successors who have been identified.
All participants should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least five years at the managerial level.
Participants may include:
- Chief Financial Officers
- Vice Presidents within the finance function and other CFO direct reports
- Other senior financial executives with strategic financial responsibilities
- Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from their CFO, CEO or audit chair as part of their application submission. Those who are interested in applying but do not meet these requirements should contact the program admissions officer to discuss their qualifications.

All of that is on top of the traditional core financial and reporting duties.
