INSEAD’s Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness is designed to bring INSEAD to participants in India, at their workplace and at their pace. Taught by the same world-class INSEAD faculty who teach in the MBA, Executive MBA and Executive Education programmes, this programme will give you the leadership tool kit to succeed at the next level.
Consisting of five modules that are delivered over four months, the programme covers essential leadership topics that will enable high-potential participants to become more effective leaders. A variety of learning pedagogies including video lectures, live webinar interactions, learning circles for group work, quizzes, assignments and self-assessments, will be deployed to achieve the learning outcomes.
