About the course

Business Decision-making and Influencing is a three-day module of the Aalto Financial Executive Program and it can also be taken as a Stand-alone program.

Finance professionals are expected increasingly to give support for business decision-making as well as be an influential partner for business development. The program will provide you insight into financial and non-financial tools to improve business decision making as well as enhance your personal influencing.

Up to 4,5 European Credits (EC) can be transferred from the Business Decision-making and Influencing program to the Aalto Executive MBA or Aalto MBA program.
