About the course
Design thinking is a process used to stimulate innovation by drawing on methods from engineering and design and combining them with those from the arts, social science, and the business world. This process is often applied to generating desirable, feasible, and viable product and service innovations; however, we find that the process offers so much more. Design thinking can be used to identify and remove barriers to better processes, strategic leadership, and productive relationships. Participants will learn a problem-finding framework to nurture collaborative thinking and understand how to use Design Thinking process to ask new questions and generate creative, applicable solutions.
