About the course
In today’s international development environment it is clear that no results can be achieved by organizations in isolation. Mobilizing resources, developing a solid partnership attitude and create functioning networks between the main global players have become imperatives for every International Organization. The primary goal of this course is to provide participants with an understanding of the Organization’s profile concept, and how communication, partnerships and resource mobilization need to be consistent and systematically linked to effectively position International Organizations. In particular, the course explores: stakeholders’ participation mechanisms; core elements of a successful branding strategy; principles of developing a partnership attitude and managing incentives schemes; behavioral and theoretical aspects of resource mobilization and fundraising strategies.

- Explaining how to build and manage effective partnerships by providing tools, best practices as well as the current challenges faced by international organizations;
- Presenting advanced topics in project and programme management to provide participants with the right competencies to build effective management skills.
