About the course
This interactive session will focus on understanding the lenses through which we see and experience the world, and how those lenses can be tinged with unconscious, implicit bias. You will increase your understanding of power dynamics and privilege, and the barriers they create, and how to identify implicit bias and microaggressions when they play out in real life.
