The ASEAN Leadership Programme is designed to help Singapore business leaders better understand Southeast Asian markets, and encourage them to expand their businesses and build networks in the region. With rapid growth and increasing market opportunities in Southeast Asia, growing our base of corporate leaders with wider and deeper knowledge of our regional markets will enable more of our companies to tap on the region’s growth.
The first module of the programme will be held in Singapore, where participants will be exposed to megatrends and human capital in ASEAN, leading growth and transformation and optimising culture and brand for their organisations. Sessions in Module 2 will focus on building understanding and working with the different business cultures and leadership styles in select ASEAN markets.
This year, Module 2 will be conducted in dynamic Jakarta, Indonesia, where participants will develop a deeper understanding of the local business environment, emerging trends and opportunities. Participants will also be able to dialogue and network with experienced private and public sector leaders from the ASEAN region.
