This programme explores a variety of key issues that HR Leader battle with day in and day out. Through the right interventions to augment human capital, participants will learn how to deal with the challenges relating to the effective development and management of human capital for competitive advantage in organisations.
To help utilise the learning immediately in a way that will be meaningful, participants will work on a project either individually or as a team with their peers from the cohort on a specific real world project. At the end of the programme, each participant builds a 90-day plan for strategic change within their own setting.
