About the course
Mid-level mangagers strenghten their leadership and strategy skills while improving their business acumen; developing a real understanding of the impact of your behavior upon others. This program can also be delivered 100% online. Through our immersive and experiential approach to learning, supported by technology, participants get to immediately turn the theory into practice.

The program is structured around two one-week on-site sessions, with pre-work, and follow-up virtual workshops. With help from the faculty, participants will also undertake a live consulting project culminating in a ‘client’ presentation and a day-long simulation - including external actors - drawing on all of their newly developed skills.
During the program, you’ll cover:
- Leadership: Understand your leadership style and how to capitalize on it; develop tools for maximizing your team’s skills and influencing others
- Strategy: Identify ways to maintain a competitive advantage; learn how to translate inventive strategy development into seamless execution
- Business Foundations: Understand core financial principles and their effect on business performance, and how customer-centric marketing strategies can drive growth
This program will help participants develop the skills to accelerate their progression to the next level of management within your organization. The program will shape their personal development, maximize their contribution to their current role, and develop their potential for future positions. The program develops key skills and knowledge across three central themes:
- Leadership: Understand their own leadership style and how to capitalize on it; develop tools for maximizing their team’s skills and influencing others.
- Strategy: Identifying ways to maintain a competitive advantage; learn how to translate inventive strategy development into seamless execution.
- Business acumen: Understand core financial principles and how customercentric marketing strategies can drive growth and improve business performance.
Participants are able to broaden their business understanding, experience live simulations, and will be ready to move into general management roles within 10 days.
