This online program builds the essential foundations for all of the above to be actualized with clear-eyed intentionality. Our sessions together are designed as an embodied journey through the Theory U framework and principles, diving deeper into the methods and practices, and applying our new insights on some of the real current challenges and opportunities that we face as individuals, teams or organisations.
The process of these days is intensive, participatory and hands-on. You will meet fellow learners from many different countries and contexts and will benefit from fresh perspectives and collective learning. You will push the edges of your own capabilities, and strengthen your resolve and your ability to actualize an emerging future that you would want to live in. The course includes a pre-program conversation with each participant; a series of live, interactive Zoom sessions over 4 days; a customized platform to share resources and connect participants for small-group work; online course materials especially developed for this program; masterful facilitators and guides, and a diverse cohort of participants across sectors and regions.
