About the course

The Aalto Financial Executive Program is designed for finance executives who want to advance their skills in leading financial functions, increase their weight as a strategic business partner, and gain the confidence to influence. The program will focus on linking strategy to performance measures and financial indicators.

You will gain insights and tools for business performance analysis and business valuation, learn to approach decision-making from different perspectives, and discover how to improve your personal influencing skills.
