Reading Time: 2 minutes

In this blog post, we will tell you about the scholarship opportunities for women in the field of business education. In the beginning of March, Irish Times announced that the 30% Club Ireland is offering mentoring opportunities and executive education scholarships for women in business in an effort to achieve better gender balance in the workplace. The 30% Club Ireland is a global campaign established in 2015 and supported by Board Chairs and CEOs of medium and large organizations.

Executive education scholarships for women

The program aims to increase the number of women participating in executive education, and to provide financial support for women who want to take part. The initiative includes 27 postgraduate and executive education scholarships across disciplines such as MBA program, healthcare, public policy, and other specialist areas. Mentoring programs

Additionally, 30 women from the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) sector will be sponsored to participate in a year-long mentoring program, which brings experienced leaders and mid-career high potential individuals together for professional and personal development. Successful applicants will have a mentoring partner, access to Irish Management Institute resources, and networking opportunities. The scholarships and mentoring programs aim to encourage more diversity in executive classrooms, leading to greater learning outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for women in business to receive support and advance their careers.

More than that, there are several more opportunities provided by the 30% Club Ireland, including Network 30, which is a forum where leaders of club membering organizations can come together to network, collaborate and share ideas on what they have done and what they plan to achieve in the future. If you are interested in the executive education, do not lose this opportunity to gain quality education in the field.
